South Korea or the Republic of Korea is located in East Asia. The population is 52,081,799 per the 2025 census. The area is 100,363 kilometers or 38,750 square miles.
There are two promotions that this blogger is aware of. The first promotion is a company known as Pro Wrestling Society or PWS Korea. It was founded in 2018 by a pro wrestler named Shiho. The promotion's first show took place in January 2018. Their most recent show, per this post, was on June 21, 2025.
More recently, another promotion has arrived in the country. All Korea Wrestling or AKW began shows in 2022. Their first show took place in August 2022 with an event, the AKW Seoul Rumble. The company is still active to our knowledge, though per records, their last show was in November 2024.
